About the Role & Team

This job cover offers a unique opportunity to work with the Disney powerhouse of brands and franchises within the Nordic and Baltic. You will work across all our lines of business (Theatrical, Disney+, Network, Consumer Products, Music etc.) to support, plan, and implement local campaigns across the company. Campaigns can be both for one department and across more business vertical like our yearly Holiday campaign “From All Of Us to All Off You”.

As our Brand & Influencer Marketing Manager (Parental Cover), you will have ownership for the Nordic and Baltic Brand & Franchise Marketing (BFM) activities and campaigns.

You’ll be accountable for leading all aspects of all influencer marketing campaigns – from defining the strategy to supporting the planning in collaboration with campaign owners. You’ll also get to work with influencer talents directly and will be the lead contact for talents and agencies. This role is representing the Brand & Franchise Marketing activities within the wider marketing team, reporting into the Director of Brand and Cross line of business Marketing.

This role can be based in all of our Nordics offices - Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo or Helsinki. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week

What You Will Do

  • Understanding the EMEA / Global franchise and Brand plans.

  • Owning the local BFM budgets and campaigns strategy – consider local relevancy vs revenue, creative, comms and resources for global campaigns

  • Lead Disney Nordic cross company campaigns through a creative process and as a project manager – Holiday and Summer

  • Being responsible for the Nordic Company Campaign overview

  • Support the wider business with ad hoc marketing / Creative request, partnerships, music, games, Disneyland Paris etc.

  • Owning the influencer / Content creators strategy, and be an in-house support function for all influencer activities

  • Be internal advocate for local campaigns, understand all departments’ objectives.

  • Development presentations to internal and external partners

  • Represent Disney towards external partners and agencies

  • Coordinate influencer and content creator collaborations together with inhouse collaborators (Nordic and EMEA)

  • Support with creativity and idea generation within Disney guidelines

  • Support your team lead on cross company activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience from planning, running, and driving successful marketing projects

  • Confident in working with influencers and content creators either directly via agency or from a brand side.

  • Diplomatic and professional communicator with ability to target communication style and resolve problems optimally

  • Inviting diverse points of view and interacts well with colleagues and partners who have different backgrounds and work styles

  • Be determined, a person that loves to come up new initiatives

  • Examines issues from a broad perspective, considering impact beyond immediate scope

  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident with working with benchmarks and meaningful metrics, data-driven decision making

  • Commercial Experience from similar role within a large matrix organisation would be an advantage.

  • Budget management for brand and influencer campaigns

  • Proficient in the one of the Scandinavian/Nordic languages, as well as English (written & spoken)

  • Stays current on business issues, industry trends, and technological advances

  • Independent working style and willingness to knowledge-share with less experienced colleagues
