Job Summary:

Conduct complex and sophisticated Revenue Management and Pricing analyses for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL)’s Hotel businesses to drive incremental revenue. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough monitoring of hotel management systems, including the property management system, revenue management system, and channel management system, to ensure they interface correctly and report issues in a timely manner
  • Formulate and implement inventory and pricing strategies on a daily basis, using historical data, current market trends, and future forecasts for decision-making
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing and availability for corporate transient accounts and ad-hoc groups, ensuring alignment with overall revenue management strategies and distribution channel requirements
  • Implement promotional offers, add-ons, and packages, executing them across the hotel's website and other digital marketing channels to drive sales and enhance online presence
  • Compile a variety of reports, such as daily hotel status, weekly forecasts, and market analyses, to support decision-making processes and facilitate the effective management of hotel revenue
  • Engage in regular communication and coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Hotel Operations departments to ensure a cohesive approach to maximizing revenue from various customer segments
  • Apply technical expertise to resolve system irregularities and support the seamless operation of hotel management systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of revenue management processes
  • Influence pricing and product decisions on a day-to-day basis, driving significant financial impact and contributing to the success of HKDL's hotel businesses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field, with a preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and strong project management skills. Experience in Opera system is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools is preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
