Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet to achieve customer service and financial goals
- Ensure that all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with all local regulations
- Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests’ passions and create memorable experiences
- Handle all guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
- Train the team on order taking, menu knowledge, proper selling and techniques
- Maintain constant supervision of associates regards to performance, product knowledge and grooming
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in restaurant, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
- Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Qualification of Hygiene Manager is preferred. Knowledge in different systems for operations (such as TMS, Kronos and Opera) would be considered as added advantages
- Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills
