グローバルHRオペレーションズ（GHRO）は、ディスニー全体の従業員、管理職、人事部門に対するサービス及び情報を提供するための戦略的開発と実行を担っています。
GHRO シニア アナリストは GHRO マネージャーを補佐し、入社、異動、退職、社会保険手続き、その他従業員に関連するあらゆるサービスを提供するため、人事部門やビジネス部門と密接に連携し、従業員との円滑なコミュニケーションを促進します。また、スピード感のある組織の中で特別プロジェクトの管理にも携わります。
職務内容:
日常業務
- 人事情報システム（Workday/SAP）を使用し、従業員の入社、異動、退職、社会保険手続き、その他のワークライフサイクルをサポートする。
- 人事情報システムで処理されるデータのチェックを行い、システム内の情報が正確であることを確認する。
- 社会保険手続きや関連業務に関して外部ベンダーと連携してスムーズに運用する。
- 従業員データの管理、転居サポート、人事関連レポートの作成などについて、適用されるポリシーを理解し適切に運用する。
- 日々の業務について常に分析を行い、より良い従業員サポート提供の為に積極的に改善を推進する。
- プロセス効率と従業員サポート向上のため、他の人事パートナー／ベンダーとの主要な窓口となる。
従業員からの問い合わせ対応
- 従業員からの問い合わせに高いプロ意識を持って対応し、優れたサポートを提供する。
- ナレッジ・マネジメント・ツールを活用し、全従業員に正確な情報を提供する。
- ServiceNowシステムを活用し、従業員からの問い合わせ情報、対応の進捗を管理する。
システム対応
- プロセスの分析を行い、問題点やリスクを特定し、改善策を提案する。
- 社内システムのジョブガイド、エンドユーザー操作ガイドを作成する。
応募条件:
学歴
- 学士号または同等の学歴
実務経験
- 社会保険手続き事務を含む人事業務経験3年以上
- シェアードサービスや給与計算プロセスの経験があれば尚可
- WorkdayおよびSAPの使用経験があることが望ましい
スキル/専門知識/コンピテンシー
- 人事の様々なプロセスを推進し、スピード感のある環境で質の高い人事サービスを提供すること
- 機密情報の取り扱いに細心の注意を払い、適切に管理できること
- 組織的かつ論理的に業務を遂行し、必要に応じて変化に柔軟に対応できること
- 主体性を持って問題に取り組み、効率的に解決に導くことができること
- 組織全体を通じて強い信頼関係を構築できること
- 日本語及び英語（ビジネスレベル）で書面及び口頭において優れたコミュニケーションができること
- マイクロソフトオフィスの効率的なスキルと人事情報システムの技術的な適性(Excel関数は必須)
