担当業務
- ディズニーストアの商品部において、複数の担当カテゴリーのプランニング業務を担当
業務内容
- 商品企画を担当するマーチャンダイザーと連動の上、主に数値面からの商品戦略立案
- 担当カテゴリーの各商品に対しての発注数量の立案
- 販売後商品に対しての価格施策実施およびリオーダー判断
- 在庫コントロール
- 週次及び四半期単位での販売動向の予実管理
- SKU単位/カテゴリー単位での売上分析、及び、その資料作成
責任範囲
- 担当カテゴリーにおける販売目標及び貢献利益の最大化。欠品の防止
- 担当カテゴリーにおける在庫の適正水準での維持
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required / 求められる職務経験
- 3年～5年の他社におけるプランナー経験
- SKU）単位で管理することを指す。在庫に関しては販売後の消化責任も含めての管理を指す。マーチャンダイザー、バイヤー等の他の呼称の職種でも同様の内容をカバーしていればよし。
- 前職/現職にて所属する企業が、製品を実際取扱、企画・設計～製造（外部委託で良し）～販売までを一貫しておこなう企業であることが望ましい
- 1つまたは複数の商材を責任もって管理した経験。商品数（SKU）は少なくとも年間500以上を網羅していることが望ましい。アパレルの場合はサイズ違いもSKUとしてとらえて良し
- 前職/現職において、単に与えられた仕事をこなすのではなく、自らの洞察に基づき判断し、明確な取組を取り、はっきりとした結果を出したことを、説明できることが望ましい
Skills Required / 求められるスキル
- Plannerに必要な発注、売上/利益、在庫の基本的な知識を持っていること。
- 上記に加えて関連する商品企画、物流・サプライチェーン、調達、店舗販売//Ecommerceに関しての知識を保持していればなおよし
- エクセルを使用した数値処理のスキル
- 関数（If, Sumif, Sumproduct, Countif, Vlookup 等）
- ピボットテーブル
- フィルタ、グループ化、データの入力規則、循環参照の解消 などの関数以外のスキル
- マクロが使用できればなおよし
- グラフ作成
- 統計に関しての基礎知識（平均、分散/標準偏差、相関、回帰）。プログラミングツール（Python、Rなど）が使用できれば優位性は高い
- プレゼンテーション用のパワーポイント作成スキル、及びプレゼンテーションスキル
- 日本語力は、ネイティブレベルが必要
- 英語力は、英文のメールを読解でき、返信できるレベルが必要。もちろん高ければ優位性は高い
