The Disney Advertising Global Data Outcomes & Attribution Team is seeking a talented person to help craft the future of outcomes measurement in the advertising ecosystem.  The Sr. Manager, Program Management will lead projects and analyses to demonstrate the effectiveness of Disney as an advertising platform that drives measurable results for our clients. 

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work directly with the sales team, agency partners, and brand partners to understand measurement needs and challenges. They will manage our data partners and vendors to execute both upper and lower funnel measurement solutions for our advertising sales clients.This includes brand effectiveness, ROI measurement and downstream behavior of the Disney audience.If you’re the kind of person who obsesses over details, thrives in a collaborative environment and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges, Disney may be the place for you.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Collaborate closely and build relationships across cross-functional business and technical teams to set solution requirements and successfully guide execution domestically and internationally
  • Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful execution of outcomes measurement and optimization related initiatives
  • Monitor various outcomes measurement and optimization project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to address any issues impacting execution
  • Work with various external data providers and internal teams to co-develop outcomes measurement and optimization solutions
  • Educate Disney Advertising Sales organization on outcomes measurement and optimization solutions
  • Oversee and lead consultation conversations with clients directly. Present and explain new concepts to internal and external clients
  • In partnership with the Data Science & Operations teams, onboard and create Disney POVs on third party data providers to guide decisions on partnerships and engagements

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

  • 8+  years of Experience in digital, digital video/TV, or media-focused data businesses
  • BA/BS is communications, data analytics, social sciences or related field required
  • Graduate degree desired
  • Experience with, and a strong understanding of methodology, data and systems for matching data sets to demonstrate performance-based response to advertising
  • Knowledge of brand effectiveness and attribution/ROI control/exposed methodologies including 1st and 3rd party data matching, website conversion, market-match tests, hold-outs, etc.
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the media business
  • Must have excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Experience with attribution/ROI, brand lift vendors or data providers is a plus
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Must be a team player with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients

The hiring range for this position is $141,500 - $189,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
