“I greatly enjoyed the practical project that I could work on for the expansion and development of the park. I sharpened my financial modelling skills and presentation deck building, which are the essential techniques for my career development.”
Scott Intern - Finance
“The immersive learning environment has been critical in developing my skill set and encouraging the application of academic concepts in real-life situations. I gained a better understanding of what to expect from my future work because of this exposure to real-world issues and practical duties.”
Lala Intern - Hotel Operations
“I am genuinely fascinated with human diversity and the interaction among people. Working here, I got an immense opportunity regarding that interest. From daily conversation with various people from different backgrounds, I get to know diverse cultures.”
Dijah Intern - Human Resources
“My first job in the company was Part Time Park Operations Host. This internship gives me a deeper understanding of the operating principles of these attractions from an engineering aspect. I think Hong Kong Disneyland has helped me to learn more and gain more experience in this field.”
Boris Intern - Attractions Engineering Service
“Hong Kong Disneyland is a place where guests can immerse in the magical world created by Walt Disney. We use stories to allow hustle and bustle citizens and adorable children to escape from reality to this carefree world. When we believe in the stories, we bring happiness to people, and that’s the most powerful story-telling.”
Winnie Intern - Communications & Public Affairs
“The best part about my role is being able to support the storytelling throughout the park and hotels. Regardless of what form the project takes place in, I know that my design work will play a part in enhancing the guests’ experience, and this to me is the most satisfying part of my work.”
Lettie Intern - Creative Design
