We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!  

Join the Data Products & Platform team to help tell compelling stories with data, support internal and partner communications, and improve our data foundation. You’ll work on analytics, communications, and data research, all critical to delivering high‑quality data products.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze data sets to uncover trends and actionable insights, then present them through clear visuals and concise summaries.
  • Research emerging tools and practices in data and analytics; deliver short briefs with recommendations.
  • Design and publish team communications that highlight wins, updates, and insights; manage the editorial calendar and gather content from partners.
  • Maintain documentation for data pipelines, dashboards, and recurring communications.
  • Collaborate across teams to collect inputs, validate findings, and share updates through internal channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Data analysis experience using Excel or Google Sheets; ability to create charts and interpret trends
  • Basic SQL and scripting knowledge (Python or R)
  • Strong design, writing and editing skills for communications, briefs, and stakeholder updates
  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exposure to data platforms (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow) and version control (Git/GitHub).
  • Comfort building dashboards or executive summaries.
  • Understanding of technical‑debt concepts and backlog tools (Jira or Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with creative or design tools

Education

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship ​

  • Be at least 18 years of age​

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization​

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program​ in the Orlando, FL area

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work


The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $42 per hour.
