We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives such as Hey, Disney!

This role sits in the Emerging Technology organization within DX and as an Lead Product Manager, you will report into the Manager, Product Management who oversees our Test & Learn lab environments.

As part of the Emerging Tech team, the Lead Product Manager serves a critical role collaborating with teams across DX to lead the testing of key initiatives in our test lab environments. This role will help shape the organization's strategy and craft the future of technology roadmaps for the Test & Digital business.

  • Ability to facilitate multi-functional partner conversations and influence strategic direction.

  • A self-starter who can work independently and in a highly ambiguous environment.

You Will:

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a wide spectrum of ground-breaking initiatives impacting DX businesses.

  • Lead teams through the testing lifecycle of technology or digital initiatives – collaborating with interdisciplinary business partners on problems to be solved, product vision, business model, and jobs-to-be-done. Partner with engineering teams to craft, develop, and test business solutions.

  • Work across research, innovation, and external partners to develop perspective for the organization’s product strategy.

  • Be responsible for the reporting of testing across a broad portfolio of projects and work with product teams to prioritize needle-moving activities.

  • Partner and collaborate with multiple teams to capture roadmap items, prioritize, and collaboratively plan implementations of testing and learnings

You Have:

  • 7+ years relevant work experience in product or project management supporting a technology organization.

  • Experience leading technology projects and large-scale transformations.

  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal direction.

  • Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences.

  • Experience in building relationships and leading through influence.

  • Outstanding strategic, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with emerging technologies including CV, NLP, AR/VR, Gen AI, AI/ML, and Digital/Physical.

  • Experience working on POCs, Pilots, and testing with end users

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
