As a Workflow & Automation Specialist (Airtable), you will play a key role in executing, optimizing, and standardizing workforce expansion and resource allocation models by translating business and operational processes into scalable, secure Airtable solutions. You will design, maintain, and govern Airtable workflows and automations that support internal operations and project resourcing, with responsibility for data integrity, process documentation, workflow debugging, and governance.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem‑solving skills, a sense of urgency, and experience across technical programs, business operations, and automated workflow solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Engineering, and senior leadership to understand current processes, perform process mapping, align on requirements, and deliver Airtable‑based solutions teams rely on to run their work. This role supports immediate operations while also building systems that enable long‑term scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with business or operational data to support process optimization and operational decision‑making, including building and maintaining solutions in Airtable.

  • Hands‑on experience designing and supporting workflow automations using Power Automate, ideally alongside Airtable.

  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts, including linked records, data structures, and maintaining data integrity.

  • Proficiency with Airtable, Power Automate, and Excel, and familiarity with tools such as Tableau and/or Smartsheet in support of operational execution.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and design durable system solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with the ability to understand the bigger picture and end‑to‑end processes.

  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information, with an understanding of governance and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with structured data and relational systems (e.g., SQL or similar), with the ability to design scalable data models and support automated workflows. Familiarity with scripting or APIs is a plus.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field such as Business, Finance/Economics, Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
