Job Summary:

The Enterprise Technology Core Systems and Platforms (CSP) team leads the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for The Walt Disney Company. Workforce Technology team (WFT) is part of the CSP team and focuses specifically on supporting the HR function.

WFT is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Product Manager - SuccessFactors who works directly with HR and Enterprise Technology teams to analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors applications. Excellent communication analytical, and problem-solving skills will be essential for this role. 

The Lead Product Manager will support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors for The Walt Disney Company. You will serve as a technical expert on the product and support the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of system across various modules. 

This is a 12-18 month Project Hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Business Requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability.

  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.

  • Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of SuccessFactors system.

  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing and end to end testing.   

  • Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

  • Collaborate with the project team and the business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of the project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  • Previous implementation and consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. 

  • Previous implementation and consulting experience with SuccessFactors Learning, Performance, Succession Planning, Advanced Compensation and Recruiting is preferred.

  • Experience designing and implementing SuccessFactors Security is preferred. 

  • Experience supporting large SAP SuccessFactors environments (50,000+ Employees) required or similar environments.

  • Ability to translate complex business interactions into technical configuration.

  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues.

  • Apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way.

  • Ability to bring prior experience into projects and advise on best practice.

  • Collaborative, work as part of a team in a constructive way

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills, and demonstrated ability to build partnerships.

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in California is $136,038 - $182,490 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
