The Finance Transformation Delivery Management Organization (DMO) partners closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology leaders to execute complex, initiatives that accelerate value by enabling data analytics and AI-ready capabilities at scale.
The Senior Manager, Product Management is accountable for the full product lifecycle including defining the DXT strategy and delivery of their products. This role will manage integrated workstreams across data acceleration, EPM delivery, international enablement, and advanced analytics and AI. The role requires strong cross-segment collaboration, strategic mindset, Data and AI competencies and executive-level communication to deliver strategic and measurable outcomes.
This position reports to the Director, Product Management
What You’ll Do
Lead the strategy and delivery of the Finance Transformation product, owning the vision, roadmap, value definition and lifecycle of enterprise-scale data and EPM capabilities that drive business outcomes
Develop and lead a high-performing team of Cast members, and contractors to define product strategy and drive execution, delivering value across multiple integrated product areas including:
Data acceleration of source systems into a unified data platform
Ensuring data product delivery into the corporate Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system
Identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise data value, including advanced analytics and AI-enabled use cases
Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, 3rd party vendors, and Corporate to establish an outcome-driven roadmap, prioritize the work according to value, and efficiently manage dependencies to ensure successful delivery
Lead executive level communication, driving alignment on product strategy across multiple stakeholders and mediums
Proactively monitor performance and risks, escalating issues as needed to protect delivery outcomes and maximize business value
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends find strategic opportunities to use innovation to solve business problems
Input on Capital and Expense Long Term Plans (LTP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP), maintain financial ownership throughout the year to ensure forecasts accurate and actuals are on-target
Requirements
10+ years combined business and digital experience with 5+ years in a management position
Leader of team being able to set a clear vision and drive accountability to meet goal
Served as the lead on medium to large technology projects in a matrixed organization, including evaluating and improving estimates, scope, and plans
Experience with AI tools and ability to apply to working teams to drive productivity and innovation
Experience collaborating with and achieve applicable results through others and the capability to interact within all levels
Coach/mentoring and conflict management/negotiation
Experience with Agile software development methodology
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, science, or a related discipline plus 10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Education
Master’s Degree in business, technology, science, or a related discipline plus 10 years of relevant experience
