Create a magical and unforgettable stay for our guests and join us as a housekeeper!
Become a housekeeper in our hotels on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract.

Your responsibilities:

  • Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our hotels’ shared spaces, such as corridors, lobbies and circulation areas, to ensure a welcoming and spotless environment for our Guests.
  • Carry out the daily cleaning of restroom facilities and help manage equipment and waste collection points.
  • Take part in maintaining public outdoor areas to preserve the quality and aesthetics of our destination.
  • Perform mechanized floor-cleaning operations using specialized equipment such as scrubber-dryers, single-disc machines and pressure washers. Internal training may be provided.
  • Support the receipt, storage and replenishment of stock and deliveries, including the use of a pallet truck.
  • Deliver linen, costumes or equipment to our Guests and Cast Members.
  • Help prepare rooms by moving furniture and setting up decorative elements.
  • ​​​​​​​Create personalized and memorable interactions with Guests of all ages by bringing your hotel’s unique universe to life.
  • Respond promptly to in-room requests, such as cribs, extra pillows or specific equipment, to ensure every Guest’s comfort.
  • Support Guests throughout their stay by guiding them, offering advice and providing solutions tailored to their needs to enhance their experience.
  • Occasionally help clean rooms, particularly during room recovery operations or preparations for welcoming new Guests.


Your strengths:

You are energetic, friendly and enjoy interacting with others. You are committed to providing a high-quality welcome and thrive in an international environment serving Guests.
Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning services or customer relations is appreciated, but not required. Your motivation and service mindset will make the difference.
You enjoy hands-on roles involving sustained physical activity, including extended walking, standing for long periods, frequent use of stairs and carrying loads.
You are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, whatever the weather conditions.
You are proficient in French, with a minimum B2 level, and have basic English skills, with a minimum A2 level, enabling you to interact with international Guests. Knowledge of a third European language is a real asset.
Flexible and available, you are ready to work variable schedules, including weekends, public holidays and vacation periods, with working hours that may range from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Reliable, responsive and service-oriented, you contribute every day to our Guests’ comfort and to the quality of their experience in our Disney hotels.
A valid driver’s license would be a plus.
