The Medical Systems & Metrics Manager will support DX Health Services and for analyzing data from multiple sources and providing recommendations for improvements in Health Services programming and activities. This will be a senior level and will be responsible for summarizing and providing key insights to senior and executive leadership.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze data on Health program performance, workflow, and resource utilization to identify trends, predict outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement solutions to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and ensure quality.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop business case with value of investment analysis to validate programming for future expansion or funding.
- Present to senior and executive leadership with recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Analyze data from various sources using statistical models.
- Develop models and frameworks for evaluating and presenting value analysis for Health Services programming and activations.
- Provide contribution to health programs by participating in program planning, monitoring program progress, and doing data analysis.
- Lead and participate in large complex projects to ensure business needs are met and completed within a defined schedule and budget.
- Provide expertise in the design, management and evaluation of study protocols and health status questionnaires, sample selection, and analysis.
- Conduct research to develop methodologies, instrumentation and procedures for study design, analyzing data and presenting findings.
- Provide useful data and consultation to internal and external parties.
- Participate in broad-scale interdisciplinary projects over extended timeframes.
- Support strategic initiatives for health and safety.
- Establish positive relationships with other cast members and stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous improvement on all facets projects through innovation, and meeting timelines and benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities for improved data collection and visualization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues on data science methods and tools.
- Provide system configuration and management for Health Services EMRs.
You Will Have (Basic Qualifications):
- 3+ years of related experience
- A strong analytical skillset
- Experience with systems and tools including MySqQL, SQL, R, Python, MS Office (with a focus on Excel and Access), and other analytical and visualization tools (e. g. Tableau, EpiInfo)
- Foundational skills in math and statistics
- Experience in healthcare and/or electronic medical records systems
- Ability to partner with multiple business areas
- Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines
- Possess strong communications (speaking and writing) skills
- Critical thinking
- Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years related experience

- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field
- Master’s Degree
