Job Summary:


  • Support environmental performance review and target setting processes
  • Collect and monitor energy and water usage data, and provide inspiration in analyzing the usage trend
  • Assist in developing short-term and long-term plans on energy efficiency and water conservation strategies measures for the resort
  • Engage with relevant parties to plan and execute energy and water saving projects
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable design solutions for new construction and retrofits
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to enhance environmental awareness through promotional programs and activities
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends on sustainability and green standards; support planning, implementation and review of environmental policies and initiatives
  • Support the integration of sustainability considerations into business operations, and management process
  • Help identify opportunities for innovation through sustainable business practice


  • Diploma holder or Certificate in Energy Engineering, Building Services, Environmental Engineering disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, emissions reduction strategies, and sustainable design principles
  • Up-to-date knowledge of environmental laws and regulations, industry standards and best practices
  • Good communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively across various parties
  • Practical experience in driving environmental targets and awareness through formulating and launching green initiatives / campaigns / activities
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving
