Job Summary:

The Associate Specialist, Human Resources Information Solutions (HRIS) provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources (HR) Department in pursuit of business initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring data accuracy in administration of personnel data in compliance with Human Resources policies, guidelines and laws; providing analytical reporting support; providing HRIS technical support to Human Resources and other partners in managing the employee lifecycle events and supporting the Global HR Operations in providing innovative and efficient HR services to Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) employees. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular HR Reports, and support ad-hoc data analysis for business stakeholders using tools such as Excel and other reporting solutions

  • Support HR systems administration, including system audits, testing, issue resolution, and consultation for SAP, Workday, and other HR platforms.

  • Assist in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and process improvements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Handle ad-hoc enquiries from system users and follow up with any reported issues 

  • Document and update corresponding procedures for HRIS daily operation with end-to-end flow in regular basis

  • Partner with HR, Technology, Workforce Management, and other stakeholders to support HR operations and Cast Member lifecycle processes across the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in HRIS and other operational systems related area

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with reporting and data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Tableau or similar solutions is an advantage. Detail-oriented with problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear workflows

  • Strong in problem solving, analytics and reporting skills

  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Associate
