Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a bridge between business units, IT application vendor and stakeholders under Ticketing, Sales or related industry
- Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Manage end-to-end business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT, and implementation support.
- Act as Level 2 application support subject matter expert as well as facilitate business change requests for configuration
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to perform effective people management, stakeholder management and client-servicing skill
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in implementation and support in any IT system
- Good knowledge of retail applications system, ecommerce and related projects, familiar with Point of Sales systems, correlated financial interfaces and process of SDLC is an advantage.
- Solid experience in SQL, Power BI skillset is preferred for troubleshooting / data extracts
- Experience in application development with Java/J2EE, Javascript, .NET programming, and implementation of application systems is an advantage
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills
- Self-driven with proven track record to deliver initiatives, with good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Independent, efficient and able to work under pressure with tight schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical issues to non-technical audience
