Job Summary:

  • Understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions under Hotel industry

  • Participate in end-to-end design, implementation and sustainment

  • Provide system training to team members and users of various Lines of Business

  • Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials and to provide training to business partners

  • Develop test case and strategy to ensure that all the necessary testing such as unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance test are well-covered

  • Act as Level 2 application support subject matter expert as well as facilitate business change requests for configuration

  • Implement and support Company and Corporate system controls and ensure systems meet compliance standard and policies

  • Preparation of operational and project document

  • Monitoring system and fine tune performance to meet service level

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

  • At least 2 - 6 years of proven experience in implementation and support in any IT system

  • Hands on experience in Windows and Linux operating environments

  • Knowledge in Oracle and MySQL is preferred

  • Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills

  • Quick learner with good analytical and troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure

  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities

  • Demonstrate as a good team player and can work on own initiative with good attention to details

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
