Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Quality Engineering team as an Entertainment Project Quality Engineer, to ensure Entertainment Project compliance to Design Assurance & Hazard Analysis (DAHA) Process. Participating DAHA meetings, such as Hazard Align Model (HAM) meetings and Hazard Analysis meetings etc.
- Review Entertainment project team submissions in terms of compliance to Hazard Analysis, Industrial and Disney Standards, and Regulatory Requirements.
- Review content of O&M work instructions in compliance to Hazard Mitigation, eg. Manuals Instructions, Inspection Job Plans, Operation Guide, Safety Plan etc.
- Participate Entertainment project site works including construction, installation, testing and commissioning, rehearsal etc.
- Assist manager in preparation of Entertainment Project Critical Deliverables and issue of opening permits, i.e. Pre‐Turnover Operation Requirement Memo and OK‐to‐Use Memo.
- Keep tracking with Entertainment Project team on timely completion of project critical deliverables.
- Sustain ongoing work instruction integrity i.e. maintenance job plans review and approval.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Risk Analysis & Management, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, knowledge and experiences in Quality Management System, Quality Auditing, Entertainment or Performance Stage Management is required.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Confident in communicating with multi‐national partners.
- Able to make decision independently. Familiar with compliance, regulatory requirements and submission procedures.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills on problem solving and negotiating with different stakeholders.
