Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic corporate team supporting Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World. This role is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who have some experience working in corporate environments, particularly within international companies, and who have previously supported product, brand, or junior management functions, to develop your professional skills while working with one of the most iconic brands in the world.

This is a six-month contract and involves working on-site four out of five days each week.

About the Role

As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of corporate marketing and sales strategies designed to position Disney destinations at the forefront of consumer and travel trade awareness in Spain. This role includes both B2C and B2B responsibilities and involves daily collaboration with internal corporate teams and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (B2C):

  • Assist in developing and implementing annual corporate marketing strategies
  • Support direct-to-consumer growth through performance tracking and website updates
  • Coordinate digital creative assets and campaign briefings
  • Prepare marketing presentations and corporate proposals
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize web content
  • Support local partnerships and marketing/PR events

Sales (B2B):

  • Provide inside sales support to Sales Managers
  • Assist with contract renewals, booking processes, and connectivity projects
  • Track campaign results and compile performance reports
  • Contribute to trade marketing materials and point-of-sale assets
  • Manage product updates and communications
  • Support the organization of sales events including trainings, roadshows, webinars, and fam trips

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a structured corporate setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and travel when needed

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate marketing and/or sales, ideally within international companies
  • Experience in roles such as product assistant/manager, brand coordinator, or junior brand/product manager is highly valued
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop is a bonus
  • Knowledge of the Spanish tourism market is an advantage
