Your environment: The Disneyland Paris Customer Relations Center (CRC) has over 450 employees dedicated to Sales and Customer Relations. Our team communicates in 7 different languages (French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese) via phone, email, and social networks. We are currently looking for talent for the German market.

Your Role: As a Booking Advisor, you will embody Disney magic through various communication channels to support and enhance the experience of Disneyland Paris visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying the needs of visitors and travel agents.
  • Advising and informing them in German and/or English.
  • Provide personalized sales solutions.
Your daily tasks:
  • Telecommuting: Possible from Metropolitan France, up to a maximum of 10 days per month.
  • Available positions: Permanent contracts.
  • Next integration dates: December 1st 2024
  • Work schedule:
    • Alternating between 31-hour weeks (3 days off) and 39-hour weeks (2 days off).
    • Working hours: 9am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm on Saturday. No work on Sunday.
  • Compensation: Fixed + variable remuneration.
