Become a Front Desk Host across our hotels on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract.
Your contributions:
- Perform Guest check-ins and check-outs at the hotel in compliance with procedures and protocols.
- Inform Guests about the contents of their reservation package and provide guidance on organizing their stay.
- Guide and support Guests in the lobby, answer all their questions and enhance their experience throughout the Resort.
- Show initiative by offering alternative solutions, such as restaurant reservations, closed pools or redirections.
- Carry out upselling actions, including proposing room upgrades, breakfast options and more.
- Create personalized interactions with our Guests in line with your hotel’s theme and exceed their expectations.
Your strengths:
You are energetic, friendly and curious.
Passionate about hospitality and Guest relations, you can remain calm and considerate in all circumstances.
Empathetic and solution-oriented, you can handle complex situations with professionalism.
Previous front desk experience of at least one year would be a plus.
You have strong proficiency in French (C1 level), English (B2 level), and a third European language (B1 level).
You understand that schedule flexibility is required, including weekdays and weekends, daytime and nighttime shifts, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
