An exceptional environment
Within the Consumer Insight department, the Guest Experience division operates as an in-house research institute, specializing in collecting and analyzing feedback from our visitors.
Comprising a team of 15 Cast Members — including 10 field surveyors and supervisors, as well as a dedicated research team — its mission is to amplify the voice of our Guests and integrate it into strategic and operational decisions, with the goal of exceeding their expectations and continuously
enhancing their experience at Disneyland Paris.
Working hours are generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, some assignments may occasionally extend until 11:00 p.m.

Missions as a Guest Researcher :
  • Conduct surveys and interviews with visitors in the Parks, Disney Hotels, Disney Village, and other key areas.
  • Present, explain, and administer questionnaires in multiple languages (French, English, and Spanish).
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data by following established procedures and standards.
  • Create positive and engaging interactions with visitors, reflecting Disney’s values.
  • Adapt your communication style and approach according to the visitor profile (e.g., families, international tourists, repeat visitors).
  • Enter and verify collected data using dedicated digital tools.
  • Report relevant field observations (expectations, feedback, and areas for improvement) to the research team.
  • Support the implementation of new survey protocols as needed.
Profile
  • You enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable engaging with visitors of all nationalities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence; approaching visitors does not intimidate you.
  • You are autonomous, curious, and enjoy fieldwork, which involves extensive walking throughout the parks.
  • You can manage stress and maintain a positive attitude, even during peak periods.
  • You share the values of Disneyland Paris.
  • You are fluent in French and English (C1/C2), and speak Spanish fluently (C1).
  • Previous experience in customer relations or field research is a plus.
