In our hotels, our Cast Members share a committed daily experience where every detail matters and where a sense of service is essential at every moment of the stay.
Your responsibilities:
Carry out hotel guest “check-ins” and “check-outs” in accordance with procedures and protocols.
Inform guests about the contents of their booking package and provide guidance on how their stay is organized.
Guide and assist guests in the lobby, answer all their questions, and enhance their experience within the Resort.
Proactively suggest solutions by offering alternatives (restaurant reservations, pool closures, re-routing, etc.).
Perform upselling actions: propose higher-category rooms, breakfast options, etc.
Create personalized moments of interaction with guests in line with your hotel’s theme and exceed their expectations.
Your strengths:
You are highly energetic, friendly, and curious.
Passionate about hospitality and customer relations, you remain calm and caring in all situations.
Empathetic and solution-oriented, you are able to handle complex situations with professionalism.
Previous experience in Front Office/Reception (minimum 1 year) would be a plus.
You are fluent in French (C1) and have an upper-intermediate level of English (B2), as well as an intermediate level (B1) in a third European language.
You understand that flexibility is required (weekday and weekend shifts, including both day and night hours) and you enjoy working as part of a team.

You are applying for this role for:
Permanent contract or fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week.
