Category 2* to 5* all services are available: luggage storage, reception, room service, catering, swimming pools, etc. Anticipating and personalizing customer expectations, being attentive to details, everything is done to ensure the satisfaction of our visitors: service excellence is our watchword.
Your missions:
You will be part of the luggage team at one of our Disney® hotels with 15 to 25 employees.
Take charge of the luggage of our Visitors upon arrival in our hotels in compliance with the rules of handling and appropriate postures, to guarantee your safety.
Organize luggage storage according to the rules of storage and organization.
Anticipate and meet the needs of our visitors, help them organize their day and make their stay unforgettable.
Anticipate opportunities to improve the experience of our visitors (delayed airport shuttle, visitor’s birthday, etc.). You are “the” person who will improve their stay.
Welcome and pick up the car of our Visitors and ensure the transfer of luggage in room (only for hotels of categories 4 and 5 stars).
Your profile:
You have a strong sense of service, you are smiling (e) and dynamic.
You are a rigorous and organized person you leave no room for the unexpected.
You have held the B licence for more than 2 years.
The tasks of the baggage handler station require to be able to carry loads greater than 20 kg.
You have a good command of French (B2), English (B1) and a third European language (B1).
You are aware (e) that flexibility is necessary (work on weekdays and weekends, amplitude between 7:00 and 00:30).
Additional Information:
These contracts are CDI or CDD 35h from Sunday to Saturday only.
Interviews will take place remotely (only) for positions based in Marne-La-Vallée.
