About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Trade Marketing Intern to join the Disney Destinations Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade marketing and sales support, working closely with Sales Management, Key Account teams, and Field Sales representatives.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of annual and quarterly trade marketing plans for Disney Destinations, contributing to the execution of initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with key partners and travel agencies while supporting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of B2B trade marketing plans approved for key partners and the travel agency channel.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of trade initiatives for Disney Destinations, including local events, family trips, ship tours, trade fairs, and partner engagement activities.
  • Develop, produce, and distribute communication assets, promotional materials, presentations, and supporting tools for local trade marketing initiatives, including training sessions and consumer-facing events.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and event-related assets.
  • Update and maintain B2B digital touchpoints, including local social media channels and Disney sales platforms (Disney Stars and Dream Maker App), with product news, promotional content, and commercial messaging.
  • Collaborate with Central teams to adapt global print and digital B2B materials for the local market.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and trade marketing performance updates.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all trade marketing communications and activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in trade marketing, sales, and partnership management.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
