About the Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Intern to explore and prototype applications of emerging GenAI technologies across our production workflows. This internship is designed to be a learning-driven, exploratory role that helps our teams stay at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI tools and creative automation techniques.

Because the GenAI landscape is continuously changing, this position offers a unique opportunity to research, experiment, and help define how new AI-driven technologies can enhance our production efficiency, creativity, and technical pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate current GenAI tools, frameworks, and APIs relevant to content creation, automation, and visual effects workflows.
     

  • Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept tools that integrate AI models into existing production processes.
     

  • Support R&D initiatives related to text-to-image, text-to-video, or procedural content generation.
     

  • Collaborate with pipeline and production teams to identify areas where AI can bring measurable benefits.
     

  • Document findings, results, and recommendations for potential long-term integration.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong curiosity and passion for emerging AI and machine learning technologies.
     

  • Basic understanding of Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, ComfyUI, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face).
     

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
     

  • Ability to work independently and explore unfamiliar technologies with minimal supervision.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience with content creation workflows (e.g., CG, animation, VFX, or procedural tools such as Houdini, Unreal, or Blender).
     

  • Exposure to LLMs, image generation models, or diffusion-based AI tools.
     

  • Familiarity with cloud-based or API-driven AI services.
