About the Role
Disney India is looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team, with expertise in Workday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit hands-on experience and functional knowledge of Workday across HCM modules such as Core HCM, Time Off & Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance
- Maintain Workday data and organizational structure including Supervisory Organization, Cost Centers, Compensation elements, Job Attributes.
- Demonstrated experience on business process configuration, EIB (mass upload) requests, security administration
- Provide support for Workday integrations and troubleshoot related functional or technical issues
- Contribute to various phases of SDLC process life cycle beginning with requirements gathering to go live for a specific functionality or module
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and vendors to identify business needs and develop solutions, including stakeholder management and communication.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS systems.
- Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors
- Drive change management for employees and HR users
- Provide analytical support to HR teams to create, maintain and support a variety of Workday reports.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in HRIS system or related field is desirable.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in implementation and support of Workday
- Should have driven organization wide system implementation and related change management.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-directed and solutions / goal-oriented work style
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments/geography
- Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
- High business ethics and personal integrity (handling confidential information)
- Ability to work with all levels of the company and effectively present information to Senior Management
