About the Role

The Commerce Growth team at Disney+ is focused on reducing voluntary churn and increasing subscriber lifetime value through experimentation, personalization, and member-first product innovation.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Loyalty & Retention strategy — exploring and building loyalty-driven experiences that deepen engagement, increase perceived value, and reduce voluntary churn. This role will define and test new mechanisms that reward subscriber behaviors, strengthen emotional connection to the service, and create durable retention levers.

You will operate at the intersection of product, data science, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and engineering to design scalable loyalty solutions grounded in experimentation and measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

Own the Loyalty Roadmap

  • Define and evolve the loyalty strategy for Disney+ with a focus on reducing voluntary churn.

  • Identify behavioral signals and subscriber segments most responsive to loyalty interventions.

  • Develop a multi-quarter roadmap balancing quick experiments with long-term platform investments.

Build & Test at Scale

  • Design and launch A/B tests to validate loyalty mechanics (e.g., rewards, streaks, status tiers, milestone recognition, partner benefits).

  • Partner with Data Science to model impact on retention, engagement, and LTV.

  • Establish clear success metrics including incremental retention lift, churn reduction, and downstream revenue impact.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Engineering to scope and deliver scalable loyalty infrastructure.

  • Partner with Lifecycle and CRM teams to integrate loyalty signals into messaging strategies.

  • Align with Finance, Analytics, and Leadership on measurement frameworks and ROI evaluation.

Elevate the Subscriber Experience

  • Ensure loyalty initiatives feel premium, on-brand, and additive to the Disney+ experience.

  • Balance gamification with simplicity and emotional resonance.

  • Advocate for subscriber value while meeting business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer tech, subscription, fintech, gaming, or marketplace platforms.

  • Proven experience working on retention, loyalty, growth, or monetization products.

  • Deep experience running structured experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality measurement).

  • Strong fluency with metrics like churn, LTV, CAC, cohort analysis, and behavioral segmentation.

Skills

  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical intuition.

  • Strategic thinker who can define 0→1 concepts and scale validated wins.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing across large, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with executive-ready storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with subscription services or streaming platforms.

  • Experience building rewards programs, tier systems, or incentive structures.

  • Experience working closely with ML personalization teams.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
