What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Lead Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and functional knowledge within the HR domain. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives forward, identify and address problems to enhance our HR operations and strategies, and stay up to date on the myriad projects in flights for alignment opportunities. This role requires someone who can independently navigate tasks, make strategic connections, and lead initiatives to successful completion. 

Project Delivery 

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring execution aligns with goals and deadlines. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and outcomes. 

  • Create and manage master project schedules, roadmaps, and communication plans. 

  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met. 

  • Oversee project financials, including resource and expense forecasting. 

  • Foster a self-organizing, adaptive team environment, ensuring high value delivery 

 

Status Reporting 

  • Prepare status reports in Smartsheet and/or MS PowerPoint, detailing project health, KPIs, risks, and next steps  

  • Maintain data visualizations to showcase project metrics and analytics. 

  • Update and Maintain Project in Clarity 

Communication 

  • Lead project meetings, ensuring goals are met and actions are clearly defined. 

  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, tech teams, and stakeholders. 

  • Facilitate project updates and escalate issues when necessary. 

  • Send weekly or bi-weekly PSRs to project stakeholders 

Project Management Methodologies 

  • Support various development models (Agile, Waterfall,  or Hybrid) and tools like Jira (if applicable). 

  • Use collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Teams) to support project management and documentation. 

  • Follow Enterprise Technology PMO’s “OnePMO Standard” framework for project delivery 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Minimum of 7+ years of related work experience 

  • Demonstrate problem solving skills, with a focus on business process mapping and continuous improvement 

  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality 

  • Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Demonstrate problem solving experience 

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly 

  • Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as, technical writing skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of full project lifecycle experience (requirements development through implementation) 

  • 2+ years working with Software As a Service (SAAS) Applications supporting the configuration, testing or equivalent 

  • Exposure to Project Management tasks via participation on small to large scale projects 

  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines 

  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, Visio, and Project 

  • Familiarity with testing software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) 

 

Required Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent work experience. (STEM degree is highly preferred)

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $111,900 to $150,000 per year, in Burbank, CA is $117,500 to $157,500 per year and in Seattle, WA 123,000 to $165,000. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
