What You Will Do
DX Technology is looking for a Lead Product Manager responsible for running the day-to-day for Commerce Intake and Prioritization, and facilitate the delivery of complex, high‑impact digital products that support commercial and guest‑facing experiences.
This role is intentionally split across two complementary product responsibilities:
Running the day-to-day for Commerce Intake & Prioritization, a Product‑focused intake and discovery that facilitates the translation of business demand into well‑defined product opportunities and roadmap decisions
Traditional product management, owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery in close partnership with Engineering and Experience Design
Operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution, this role ensures teams are focused on solving the highest‑value problems for the business and Disney Guests. The Lead Product Manager partners closely with Business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Experience Design, Finance, and Delivery teams to translate enterprise goals into clear product strategies, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
This role may lead or support deep product strategy in specialized domains (such as personalization, commerce, guest engagement, or platform capabilities) as business needs evolve.
A successful candidate is highly analytical, comfortable operating in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing business needs, guest insights, and technology capabilities into clear product direction.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for facilitating structured product intake and prioritization forums to evaluate incoming business demand through the lens of customer value, business impact, and product strategy determine roadmap fit, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Partner with business and product stakeholders to shape requests into clearly articulated product problems, outcomes, and success measures.
Lead early discovery activities to validate problem statements, assess feasibility, and explore solution approaches prior to roadmap commitment.
Partner with finance and delivery leaders to ensure roadmaps are feasible within capacity and funding constraints.
Act as Product Owner for one or more delivery teams, owning the product backlog and ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and outcome‑driven.
Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that balance near‑term business needs with long‑term platform and capability evolution.
Align cross‑functional teams around shared goals, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple lines of business and platforms.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Experience Design to refine epics and user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning, backlog refinement and launch readiness.
Champion strong product management practices including discovery, documentation, backlog hygiene, and outcome‑based planning.
Contribute to the evolution of product standards, templates, AI tooling for work efficiencies, and intake frameworks that improve clarity, consistency, and speed to market.
Mentor and support other product managers by modeling strong product thinking, execution, and stakeholder management.
This role will also oversee a deliverables-based contract which supports the sustainment and growth of the process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, or a related role, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross‑functional products.
Proven experience leading both product discovery/intake and end‑to‑end product ownership.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority, driving alignment through strong relationships, clear communication, and structured forums.
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including experience working as a Product Owner with engineering teams; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to use data, metrics, and insights to inform product decisions and validate outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.
Ability to dive deep into technical, user, and business details while maintaining a strategic, outcome‑oriented perspective.
Experience creating clear, concise, executive‑ready materials with minimal oversight.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Master’s degree preferred
