Job Summary:
Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer Viewer Experience organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead expansion and innovation of our AI Virtual Assistants within the Self-Service Support Product team. In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap to scale adoption of our Virtual Assistants and expand its presence across global markets and channels. You will also be responsible for continuously enhancing our Virtual Assistant products by identifying and integrating emerging technologies to deliver a best-in-class, AI-powered customer support experience. In collaboration with fellow product managers, you will ensure the Virtual Assistant drives self-service success and key business outcomes. What You'll Do:
- Owns and executes the strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization to drive customer adoption of the Virtual Assistant through global growth and channel expansion
- Research emerging AI technologies, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities with internal and external partners to guide the long-term vision and strategy for Conversational AI
- Conduct A/B testing, user research studies, and market research to inform product strategy and optimize customer interactions
- Develop user stories and requirements, and author product artifacts to align scope and strategy across stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, WFO, localization, and product) to ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and deliver product enhancements
- Define, analyze and communicate key success metrics to leverage for roadmap development and prioritization
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML- based products, Virtual Assistants, or Conversational AI
- Proven track record of delivering roadmaps and bringing AI products to global markets
- Strong understanding of data science principles and experience with the latest natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) in a B2C setting
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members of various levels
- Experience with agile software development and scrum framework
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience in customer support product or self-service solutions
- Experience with developing AI voice assistants
- Track record of running A/B tests and strong knowledge of experimentation best practices

The hiring range for this position in CA is $145,400.00 to $195,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
