The Enterprise Technology organization’s mission is to deliver innovative technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise scale and efficiency.
As part of Enterprise Technology, the Data Solutions & Platforms team is responsible for developing data & analytics solutions and platforms for business groups across the company. We are a collaborative and innovative engineering team that works closely with our business partners to develop data & analytics solutions to meet their business needs.
The Generative AI Solutions Architect role has the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with business groups across the enterprise to understand their business objectives, use cases and challenges and develop innovative, robust and scalable Gen AI applications and solutions that meet their needs
- Drive use case discovery and assess potential use cases for technical feasibility, potential business value and risk
- Design, develop and deliver Gen AI applications and solutions using a variety of models and tools
- Perform query optimization and validation testing of Gen AI applications
- Assess new LLMs and other Gen AI software and tools
- Drive proof of concept and pilot implementations
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Background in software development
- Expertise in AI/ML and developing robust and scalable Gen AI solutions
- Programming experience in Python and SQL
- Experience with multiple LLMs, chatbots, vector DBs and RAG based architecture
- Experience developing on cloud AI platforms including Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
- Experience with query optimization and validation testing
- Experience collaborating directly with business groups and delivering technology solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The hiring range for this position in WA is $156,300 to $209,600 per year and in CA is $149,240 to $200,200. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
