DE&ET Ad Platforms is seeking a Sr. Product Manager.

Job Summary:

Join us as a Sr. Product Manager, where you will play a key role in redefining advertising technology. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product, you will focus on product operations within the development lifecycle.  You will collaborate with Product Managers to execute strategic initiatives for The Walt Disney Company’s CTV Automated Marketplace, focusing on programmatic and self-service solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect stakeholder use cases, translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories, create data flows, develop implementation plans, and document resources.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Design, Program, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to align requirements and shape the product roadmap and strategy based on business priorities.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive improvements. 
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product release readiness, including providing training, documentation, and support to stakeholders and end users.
  • Manage a portfolio of products and projects, ensuring timely execution against business goals.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend technical integration strategies with partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to innovate platform services.
  • Define, manage, and optimize business processes and tools to streamline product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail.
  • Effective prioritization skills and ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Proficient in leading through influence across different functions and organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment characterized by frequent change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Product Management principles, product development processes, methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and best practices.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and/or self-service platforms preferred.
  • Experience working in advertising, streaming media, or similar technology-driven industries.
  • 5+ years in Product or similar roles supporting technical product development and/or designing and implementing complex technical solutions.

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $136,100 - $182,400 per year, in NYC and Seattle is $142,600 - $191,100 per year and in San Francisco is $149,000 - $199,800 based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
