As part of our Early Careers Program, we are constantly looking for talent at the beginning of their careers, willing to give them opportunities to learn from us and, at the same time, allow us to learn from them. The LATAM Graduate Trainee Program lasts 24 months and is a career accelerator for future leaders of The Walt Disney Company Latin America.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Completed your university studies in the past two years
- Have ideally two years of work experience
- Have the attitude and desire to develop your skills
- Inspire, innovate and have integrity and embrace diversity with empathy and respect
- Demonstrate an interest in the consumer, in the quality of content, in the development of people and in the constant innovation of projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Have the ability to work in Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo (Brazil) or Mexico City (Mexico)
