Magic is Within You
Discover a unique living and working environment with participants from all over the world. This program allows you to gain on-the-job experience with a world-renowned company, providing uniquely Disney learning experiences, all while preparing for your future, building transferable skills, including networking, problem solving, teamwork and effective communication.
Eligibility RequirementsEligibility
Opportunities are available for students who meet the following criteria:
- At least 18 years of age at time of application.
- Currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited U.S.* college, university, or higher education program OR have graduated from an accredited U.S.* college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date.
- Must have completed at least one semester at an accredited U.S.* college, university, or higher education program by time of program arrival.
- Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization for the duration of the program. Disney does not sponsor visas for the College Program.
- Meet any individual school requirements (GPA, grade level, etc.), if applicable.
- Former Disney College Program participants must wait four months after their last departure before applying.
*U.S. includes all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and all other US territories

Find your recipe for magic on the Disney Culinary Program as you create lasting impressions and unforgettable dining experiences for guests from around the world. This program will expand your culinary horizons through access to best-in-class training from Disney executive chefs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be placed in one of many different areas from catering to quick service and baking to fine dining, even the beloved annual festivals at EPCOT. Disney Culinary Program participants lay a strong foundation for their careers progressing from program participants to roles supporting the guest experience across all of Walt Disney World® Resort!
Eligibility RequirementsEligibility
Students must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a School of Culinary Arts, or enrolled in a culinary/baking and pastry school or have graduated within 24 months of the application posting date. Opportunities are only available to students attending school in the United States. Applicants must also meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Possess unrestricted US work authorization
- Meet any individual school requirements (GPA, grade level, etc.), if applicable
- Comply with state-mandated regulatory food standards

Academic Exchange Program
Through an exchange partnership with U.S. colleges and universities, this program provides students with the opportunity to learn directly from professionals in the industry, while taking academic courses. Build friendships and create lasting memories as you learn about the different cultures and experiences of co-workers from around the world.
Eligibility RequirementsEligibility
Students must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing at a participating international college or university and engaged in an appropriate course of study. Applicants must also meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in the English language
- Be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Able to exit the United States and return home upon completion of the program

Cultural Exchange Program
Immerse yourself in different cultures from around the world, connect with industry experts and build lifelong relationships in a program that provides the opportunity to enhance your customer service knowledge and communication skills.
Eligibility RequirementsEligibility
Students must be enrolled in an accredited, degree-issuing college or university and return to school for at least one term following the program, or participate immediately following graduation. Applicants must also be able to speak fluent English and be at least 18 years of age at the time of application submission. We are currently recruiting in the following countries/regions:

Imagine interacting with people from across the globe and creating an immersive experience that transports guests to your home country. Our program offers participants the opportunity to authentically represent their homeland while gaining leadership and business skills from seasoned professionals.
Eligibility RequirementsEligibility
For this program, participants should be hospitality-oriented, friendly, and outgoing. Applicants must also meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in the English language
- Be at least 18 years of age at time of application submission
- Proudly represent their cultures, traditions, and history of one of the countries or regions that has inspired our resorts, pavilions, and theme parks.
