HOUSING FEES

Weekly Housing Payment

Housing costs range from $114 to $205* (*costs subject to change) per week depending on the size of the apartment and which apartment complex a participant is assigned to live in during his or her program. Housing costs are automatically deducted weekly from cast members’ paychecks, so they don’t have to worry about turning in a check at the beginning of the month. This cost includes all utilities such as electricity, cable hookup, waste disposal and local phone service; as well as the various resort-style amenities featured at each complex. Please note that Operating Participants should contact their Human Resources department with questions about weekly housing costs.

Additional Fees

When a participant accepts his/her invitation to participate in the program, a $390 fee (includes the Participation Fee and Housing Fee) will be required (*fees subject to change). Please note that this fee must be paid by credit card/debit card as a single payment. Once the payment is received and the online acceptance process is completed, we will officially reserve the participants’ place on the program.

  • Participation Fee ($240)
The one-time non-refundable fee helps support the administration, events and activities scheduled throughout the program.

  • Housing Fee ($150)
This required non-refundable fee will be applied to the participant’s housing costs during the first week of the program.

HOUSING POLICIES

Room Assignments

In assigning apartments and roommates, all accommodations will be assigned by gender, arrival/departure date and available inventory. Apartments may include up to eight participants per apartment. All apartments, courtyards and hallways are designated non-smoking. We have a few basic rules, which we call Community Codes that benefit everyone living in our housing. Safety is always our top priority, and these guidelines are designed with our cast members’ safety and comfort in mind. Failure to comply with Community Codes can result in termination from the program.

Visitors

Guests are welcome to visit a participant’s apartment complex, however overnight guests are prohibited.

Transportation

Transportation service is available to cast members who live at one of our apartment complexes only. The primary purpose of our transportation system is to provide our cast members with a shuttle to their work location on a scheduled route. Shuttles to local merchants for groceries and sundries also are provided.

Although transportation is provided, we encourage participants to bring a vehicle if they have one, for their convenience. All participants who operate a vehicle on property must have valid automobile liability insurance issued by an insurance company registered and authorized to sell automobile liability insurance in the United States (including the State of Florida) that will cover any property damage or personal injury (including but not limited to serious bodily injury or death) caused by the participant while operating the vehicle. All participants are responsible for their own transportation to the check-in location on their arrival day.
