About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join The Walt Disney Company’s Benelux Media Networks that operates multiple channels, including Disney Channels, 24 Kitchen, Baby TV, ESPN, Star, and National Geographic.
As Financial Analyst you will provide Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis for Media Networks. This includes, but is not limited to:
Key Finance Business Partner across the non-Sport Channels – including annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and quarterly close procedures.
Preparation of internal financial reporting for TWDC EMEA Finance and Benelux Media Networks.
Consistently perform business reviews with local teams to ensure budget control.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Amsterdam office and 1 day from home.
What You Will Do
Prepare detailed annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including system submission and consolidation.
Conduct frequent business reviews to develop a thorough understanding of the business and its competitive challenges, including monitoring subscriber trends and cost control.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects for key business initiatives and strategies, including deal analysis.
Prepare quarterly internal financial reporting, including P&L review and accrual documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel;
Experience with SAP is preferred.
