Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) is seeking a BIM/CAD Mgr to implement and maintain Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital project technologies for Disneyland Resort (DLR) A&FE projects. This role ensures adherence to Disney’s standards and is involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, from project initiation to closeout.

You will report to the Sr Manager, CS Engineering with DLR Architecture & Facilities Engineering.

Responsibilities/You Will

  • Assist BIM and CAD project setup workflows, including ACC project creation, permissions, package code generation, building number assignment, and ATLAS archive location setup
  • Assist in coordination of project folder structures in server and cloud environments; maintain discipline templates, workspaces, libraries, and hyperlinks to support efficient project execution and data integrity
  • Assist in design milestone reviews and model auditing to enforce Disneyland Resort BIM and CAD Standards; provide QC/QA feedback through Bluebeam studio sessions and structured review reports
  • Conduct BIM and CAD Standards orientation and onboarding for new employees and external design consultants; deliver project-specific training on ACC workflows and document control procedures
  • Assist in day-to-day BIM and CAD production support to internal and external project teams under the direction of senior staff; troubleshoot CAD/BIM issues and assist with implementation of project workflows and modeling requirements
  • Assist in cross-functionally with Architecture, Engineering, FAM, GIS, IT, and other partners to align BIM data, facility records, and geospatial information with enterprise systems
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and enforcement of BIM and CAD standards, project execution plans, templates, and reusable content libraries
  • Assist in maintaining Resort building records, site maps, master models, and drawing archives to support project planning, sustainment, and asset lifecycle needs
  • Coordinate access rights for project data in ACC and server environments; audit permissions regularly to ensure data security and compliance
  • Assist project closeout by auditing and archiving Revit models and CAD files according to Company standards and digital records procedures
  • Work with consultants and subconsultants to ensure adherence to current Company BIM/CAD standards and deliverable requirements

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

  • 3 years of experience in BIM/CAD management within the AEC industry.
  • Experience in Autodesk Revit, BIM360, ACC, and related AEC software.
  • Understanding of project workflows and digital collaboration platforms
  • Experience with SOP, onboarding and training workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with developing, maintaining, and enforcing BIM and CAD Standards
  • Experience using ATLAS or other EDMS software

The hiring range for this position in California is $79,400.00-$106,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
