Job Summary:

As a Disney Vacation Club Preview Assistant, you will provide exceptional service to all Members and Guests while extending operational support to site Sales Leaders and onsite Teams. You will collaborate with and support the Operations Leadership, Sales, and Advanced Sales Team in supporting the Cast. A typical day could include but not be limited to assisting with set up and breakdown for sales/member events, vehicle maintenance, transportation of Special Guests and Disney Executives, maintaining food and beverage stock backstage and onstage, coordinating collateral inventory, and supplies inventory management.

You will report to the Sales Support and Services Manager.

This is a Part-Time role.

Responsibilities/You Will:

  • Complete opening and closing checklists

  • Communicate operational concerns and suggest process improvements to Leadership

  • Transport Materials to different Disney Vacation Club locations across the Resort

  • Maintain upkeep of all vehicles, including golf carts and company SUVs

  • Coordinate inventory of marketing collateral

  • Ensure all onstage and backstage locations are stocked with appropriate food and beverage

  • Transport Special Guests and Disney Executives throughout the Resort

Basic Qualifications/You Have:

  • A valid California Driver's License

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

  • Experience handling confidential information

  • Familiarity with the Disney Vacation Club product and with the Disneyland Resort

  • Comfortability driving an extended passenger SUV to pick up Guests or Company Executives

  • Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience


The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $25.65 per hour.
