Job Summary:

Disneyland Resort’s Sales Solutions identifies, fosters, and develops ticket and room night sales opportunities across all third-party channels. The Group Business Integration team focuses on ensuring the highest rate of return for the Disneyland Resort non-leisure sales channels, including Disney Meetings & Events, Disney’s Fairytale Weddings, and Disney Imagination Campus youth programs!

The Group Business Integration Manager will help lead the business planning and space utilization for the non-leisure sales channels (meetings and events, weddings, and Disney Imagination Campus youth programs). Responsibilities include assessing event forecasting and collaborating on rate strategies for the non-leisure business while analyzing data to drive revenue growth and efficiency. This highly collaborative role will drive process improvements and strategic initiatives that ensure the highest rate of return for the Disneyland Resort group business.

This position reports to the Group Business Integration Director.

What You Will Do:

Identify opportunities and lead efforts for continuous improvement and revenue growth throughout the group business areas

Champion group business yield management and space optimization at Disneyland Resort hotels and theme parks to yield the highest rate of return

Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Revenue Management & Analytics, Lodging, and Park Operations to ensure space and hotel room inventory is yielded for highest return and in service of Meetings & Events Strategy

Leverage analytical skills to recommend process improvements and identify strategic opportunities using complex sales lead and booking data

Assess opportunities and articulate potential value to ensure effective prioritization of projects

Showcase data-backed findings visually and build presentations that tell the business story and enable senior leadership to make informed decisions

Serve as a creative thought partner by staying abreast of industry trends, standard methodologies, and emerging technologies in order to continually innovate the non-leisure business

Determine minimum criteria for groups and weddings including event cost minimum, F&B minimum

Drive collaboration among internal teams on pricing strategy for groups and youth programs

Monitor capacity for youth programs and support efforts for more efficient usage

Required Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in an analytical or project management role

Experience working in a matrix organization and driving collaboration

Proven ability in supporting large-scale projects, budgets, and timelines

Demonstrated problem-solving and confident decision-recommendation skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

A professional presence and a demonstrated ability to present a cohesive, influential story to all levels

Proven skills in relationship management with the ability to develop professional partnerships that result in stable, consistent, reliable, and courteous communication

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines

Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems

Ability to transform information into easy-to-understand visual narratives that clearly articulate strategy, drive new initiatives, or communicate value propositions and tangible next steps for stakeholders

Ability to influence and persuade at all levels across the organization

Experience leveraging Microsoft Excel for data visualization and analysis of complex data sets

Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to learn new systems and dataset


The hiring range for this position is $72,000.00-$96,500.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
