Working in the Bell Services department, we have the opportunity to make lasting impressions in a fast-pace luxury hotel environment! In this role, you will greet arriving hotel Guests, assist with luggage and vehicles, and direct vehicles on the hotel driveway. You will be answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience for our Guests and Cast Members.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet arriving Guests and provide them with parking and check in information at Resort hotel areas.
  • Make an excellent first impression for Guests and create a lasting final impression for departing Guests
  • Provide directions and answer questions for Guests who approach the valet driveway
  • Direct and control all traffic on the driveway.
  • Independently resolve Guest concerns and be empowered to recover negative situations
  • Assist arriving and departing Guests with their vehicles, including driving and parking all types of vehicles.
  • Transport Guest luggage from one location to another including Guest rooms, vehicles and other Resort properties.
  • Work outdoors, in various types of weather, including extreme heat, cold, rain etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • 1+ years of work experience in bell services at a hotel or resort
  • Comfortable driving and parking a variety of Guest vehicles
  • Strong sense of safety and ability to think quickly
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
  • Able to work outdoors for 8+ hours, including in direct sunlight, extreme heat, rain, wind or other inclement weathe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in bell services, front desk, or concierge role in a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Prior experience as a Valet
  • Bilingual/multilingual

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. You may be scheduled a graveyard shift. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
