Housekeeping Office Clerk – Part Time

Job Summary:

Housekeeping Office Clerks make magic behind the scenes by doing some administrative duties and assist with dispatching housekeepers to various locations, along with contacting Guests to reunite them with their lost items.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide great service to Cast Members and Guests
  • Work and respond to high volume of radio and phone calls to and from Cast Members
  • Work with Microsoft Office programs in updating and maintaining reports and information on a daily basis
  • Assist with Lost and Found department in looking for lost items and/or returning to the guests
  • Prepare, monitor, and file work assignments on a daily basis
  • Keep account in inventory for radios, electronic devices (I Phones) and
  • Be able to multi- task and be able to pay attention to small details
  • Be able to work individually and as a Team
  • Monitor daily Housekeeping operating systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Excellent Hospitality skills
  • Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to own and resolve Guest situations
  • Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision)
  • Willing to follow instructions & take direction
  • Flexible/adaptable
  • Supportive of other cast working on your team
  • Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
  • Must be comfortable using a radio and have strong technology proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in a hotel or reception type of environment
  • Housekeeping knowledge or work experience
  • Office and or administrative assistant experience

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires.

The pay rate for this role in California is $27.25 per hour.
