Resort Transportation & Parking Cast Members are often among the first and last Cast Members our Guests interact with during their visit. In this role, you will help welcome Guests to the Disneyland® Resort, provide helpful directions and information, and support a safe, organized, and enjoyable arrival and departure experience.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests, being part of a team, and helping create a positive first impression for Guests visiting the Resort.
As a Resort Transportation & Parking Cast Member, you will be part of the team that helps set the tone for a magical day at the Disneyland® Resort. Whether you are greeting Guests at a toll booth, helping direct traffic in a parking structure, assisting with tram loading and unloading, or answering questions, your role helps create a smooth and welcoming experience.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors and indoors, helping Guests, and being part of a high-energy operation where teamwork, safety, and Guest service are key.
Responsibilities:
Resort Transportation & Parking Cast Members welcome and greet our Guests as they arrive at the Resort and proactively interact with Guests to answer questions & assist when needed.Parking Cast Members may work in any of the following areas:
- Toll booths
- Parking structures & parking lots - guiding cars to parking spaces
- Parking lot trams - assisting Guests with loading and unloading trams, offering Park information, and ensuring both Guests and Cast Members are following safety guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Work at a variety of both indoor and outdoor locations
- Requires constant interaction with Guests including answering questions and providing directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience
- Has cash handling capabilities and ability to count back accurate change
- Comfortable with prolonged standing for 2 to 4 hours at a time
- Able to make independent decisions for our Guests
- Working at various heights may be required for some positions
- Able to memorize safety spiel and spiel while speaking on a microphone on the back of the Guest tram
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling experience in fast-paced environments
- Previous Guest service, customer service, transportation, parking, traffic control, or high-volume operational experience
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
- This role is Part Time during non-peak, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during nonpeak seasons.
- Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends

The pay rate for this role in California is $23.40 per hour.
