Job Summary:

As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Guest Experience Manager will oversee, elevate, and influence the service, culture, and overall performance of our dining operations. This strategic and operational role calls for a visionary leader with a passion for safety, hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive results through innovation, mentorship, and collaboration. You will be responsible for leading multiple outlets, shaping the guest experience, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence aligned with the Walt Disney Company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of food and beverage operations with a strong focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

  • Set and maintain service standards across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and a memorable guest experience that reflects the Disney brand.

  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to Guest Experience Managers and their teams, driving performance, engagement, and professional development.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to align front-of-house and back-of-house service standards and product offerings.

  • Partner and collaborate with other leadership teams due to shared Cast base.

  • Be a functional/subject matter expert of the operation.

  • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information to cast members.

  • Conduct daily roll calls with an emphasis on inspiring, educating, and motivating Cast.

  • Manage daily staffing levels based on demand and provide daily results.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Champion culture by inspiring a high-performance, guest-centric team through consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Five years’ experience in managing food and beverage operations.

  • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.

  • Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.

  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Required Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent


The hiring range for this position in California is $$77,000.00-$96,500.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
