The Disneyland Resort Hotels Finance team is responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis for the three resort properties. The Undergraduate Associate role is a unique role where candidates can gain valuable real-world finance experience while attending college. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work along with other finance teams and hotel operations partners to learn the fundamentals of hospitality and finance.

What You Will Do

Supporting the Disneyland Resort Hotels Finance team with financial analysis, consolidation, data input, and partnering with other areas across the organization. Other duties may include reporting, data analysis, and planning processes including the Annual Operating Plan and the quarterly forecast.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 24 hours a week during business hours during the school year and full-time during the summer
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in and learn in a fast-paced team environment

Education

  • Must be a Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited college/university

The hiring range for this position in California is $24.15 - $24.15 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
