About the Role & Team
As a Senior Food & Beverage Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance across the Food & Beverage and Merchandise lines of business. You will leverage deep expertise in KPIs, data structures, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and build scalable reporting. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to translate business needs into measurable outcomes.
The Senior Food & Beverage / Merchandise Business Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Food & Beverage / Merchandise Business Insights and Analytics.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from enterprise platforms such as Snowflake
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data, metrics, and reporting outputs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, scalability, and data quality
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform strategic business decisions
- Independently translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses using strong critical thinking and business context
- Partner with business leaders to influence decisions and track outcomes of recommendations
- Design and develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools tailored to stakeholder needs
- Present insights and recommendations through clear storytelling and executive-ready deliverables
- Simplify complex methodologies and findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Excel, including experience building complex analyses, reports, and tools
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar)
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience building analytical methodologies and tools that deliver impactful insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including PowerPoint development
- Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation
- Experience working in Food & Beverage analytics
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree preferred

The hiring range for this position is Lake Buena Vista, FL is $91,000.00-$121,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
