Team Description: 

As a Solutions Architect, Citizen Development & AI at Disney Enterprise Tech Collaboration Experiences, you are responsible to drive world-class solution architecture and citizen development practices that empower business users to build intelligent applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI. You’ll partner across technology, engineering, product management, and business teams to enable scalable, secure, and transformative AI-powered solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity across the enterprise. 

Responsibilities of Role: 

Solution Architecture: 

  • Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI, integrating with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive and enterprise systems such using available connectors or creating them. 

  • Design and deploy custom Copilot agents and AI workflows that automate business processes and enhance productivity for citizen developers and business users. 

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions. 

  • Define and implement governance frameworks for agent development, deployment, and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards. 

  • Evaluate and optimize AI solutions for performance, cost efficiency, and user experience. 

Enablement & Community: 

  • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and hackathons to enable citizen developers and promote AI literacy across the organization. 

  • Consult with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and collaboratively identify tailored solution pathways that address their needs and drive enterprise transformation. 

  • Contribute to the AI Community of Practice, sharing best practices and mentoring junior architects and developers. 

Must Haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI, automation, or low-code platforms. 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. 

  • Strong understanding of declarative and custom-engine agent development, orchestration models, and integration with Microsoft Graph and external connectors. 

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment. 

  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and security frameworks. 

Nice To Haves: 

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Solution Architecture. 

  • Experience with citizen development enablement, including training, onboarding, and community building. 

  • Knowledge of MCP, A2A and Agent Frameworks.  

  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio reference architectures, adaptive cards, and generative orchestration strategies. 

  • Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry. 

  • Familiarity with Disney’s technology platforms, data environments, and compliance standards. 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
