How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, Finance DTC will join the team to support the DTC Finance team in the planning and performance analysis of the Direct-to-Consumer business across Latam, with a focus on subscriber, revenue, and direct cost planning.

The Analyst, Finance DTC will contribute to core Finance processes—including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning—while partnering with cross-functional teams to support the evaluation of pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and other tactical opportunities. This role requires the ability to connect key business drivers (subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, content and distribution costs) with structured financial analysis and modeling.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and analytically strong, capable of working with large datasets and building reliable, well-structured models to support decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and regional teams to help ensure that financial assumptions are accurately reflected and aligned across planning processes. Over time, the Analyst, Finance is expected to develop a strong understanding of the business and contribute to identifying opportunities to optimize performance.

The Analyst, Finance DTC will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating on all Planning processes, especially budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning exercises.
  • Helping build and maintain subscriber balances projection models.
  • Helping build and maintain subscriber revenue models.
  • Supporting tactical opportunities, pricing, promotion and other valuations.
  • Analyzing existing processes, models and tools to identify and propose improvements.
  • Helping the team implement all improvements identified.
  • Helping maintain and run complex reports and analyses as needed.
  • Collaborating with ad hoc analyses as needed.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Administration, Finance or related fields. 
  • +2 years of experience, preferably in FP&A. Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consumer Products.
  • Team player, highly responsible and dedicated.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent modelling skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Python, R or Alteryx are a plus.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
