How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Cinema Partnership Assistant supports the execution and coordination of various marketing, logistical, and administrative tasks within the company. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, including the creation and approval of promotional materials, planning online campaigns, coordinating the logistics of merchandise distribution, and maintaining regular communication with both internal teams and external partners

The Assistant, Cinema Partnership will be responsible for:

  • Reception of creative work orders/briefs from clients, via the Sales department.
  • Administrative support, including the creation of purchase orders and invoice processing (SAP/COUPA).
  • Management and planning of in-theater materials (banners, pop-ups, signage, photo opportunities).
  • Planning online campaigns, including ad placements, pixels, and conversions.
  • Coordination and logistics for delivering merchandise to our partners.
  • Daily communication with the agency for the creation of necessary materials for each title.
  • Approval and creation of assets for regional exhibitor communication, in collaboration with the agency.
  • Approval of communication regarding local and regional exhibitor concessions.
  • Assistance at premieres to build relationships and welcome our partners.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Knowledge of SAP/COUPA is a plus.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is a nice to have.
